The sunflowers with falling petals are used as the opening scene of the animation, which represents Harold's desire for death and the continuous suicide performance before meeting Maude. After meeting Maude, Harold finally understands the meaning of living happily. It's a pity that Maude ended her life on her 80th birthday. In the animation, I used a falling daisy petal to echo Maude's death.
